CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Refunds:

• All Programs (Courses, Classes, Private Sessions, Workshops & Events): All fees are non-refundable.

• After the Deadline / No-Shows: Any missed classes, sessions, or workshops are forfeited and cannot be credited or transferred.

Rescheduling (Private sessions):

• One-on-One & Self-Tape Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• No-Shows: Missed private sessions are forfeited and cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred.

PRO-RATES:

• Pro-Rates: Pro-rated fees are not available under any circumstances.

Workshops, group classes and Special Events:

• No-Shows: Missed group classes and workshops are forfeited and cannot be credited or transferred.

• Workshops & Special Events: All workshops (including casting director events) and special events are non-refundable.

Instructor Bookings:

• If the instructor must reschedule a class due to a professional booking, a new date will be offered.

• If a student cannot attend the rescheduled class, the class will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.

Student Bookings:

• If a student books professional work and cannot attend class, the missed class will be forfeited. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided.
