Script to Screen: Advanced Foundations to On-Camera Training

14-week professional-level acting program for serious actors ready to deepen their craft and sharpen their on-screen presence.

The course begins with foundational scene study and text analysis, focusing on truthful listening, behavior, and emotional connection. Actors will work through plays and scripted material using techniques inspired by Strasberg, Meisner, Stanislavsky, and traditional methods before transitioning into film and television training, including on-set exercises, self-taping, and audition preparation.

Training also includes a mock Zoom callback and a built-in one-on-one coaching session with Carly.

The program culminates in a professional shoot day, where actors perform a specialized monologue or scene—collaboratively developed if desired—shot on a RED camera with a full technician team and edited cinematically for submission sites and social media.

The Working Actor Scholarship

One $1,000 Working Actor Scholarship is available and will be applied toward the Early Bird tuition rate. This scholarship is intended for an actor who demonstrates strong commitment to their craft and readiness to engage fully in the program with a strong spirit of collaboration. This scholarship is sponsored by Tara Bell-Irving and Jackie Lind Casting (CDC, CSA).

Recipients must be available for all class dates and the final shoot day.
