book COURSE
Lights, Camera, Confidence: On-Camera Acting for Tweens
8-Week On-Camera Acting for tweens (Ages 9–13)
Lights, Camera, Confidence is a fun, supportive introduction to acting for film and television designed for tweens. The course builds confidence, listening skills, and on-camera awareness, helping young actors feel natural and expressive on screen.
Students will learn screen acting fundamentals, work with scene partners, explore commercials, film and TV sides, and practice self-taping in a playful, encouraging environment. Scenes will be filmed in class for playback and review, with the final class dedicated to a professionally shot short film involving all students.
Perfect for tweens who are curious about acting, love storytelling, and want to build real on-camera skills while having fun and gaining confidence and for those already acting wanting to sharpen their skillset.
