Script to Screen: Advanced Foundations to On-Camera Training
This is a 14-week, professional-level acting program for actors who are done “trying things” and ready to work with precision, depth, and authority on camera.
We start by stripping the work back to fundamentals—listening, behavior, emotional truth, and intention—using techniques rooted in Strasberg, Meisner, Stanislavsky, and classic scene study with a modern edge that you can transition into our on camera acting.
From there, the work moves fully into film and television application. Actors train on camera through scene work/on-set exercises, audition preparation, and self-taping, learning how to adjust performance for the lens without losing power or specificity.
The goal isn’t to perform for the camera.
It’s to let the camera catch you working truthfully.
Advanced Training + Career Integration
Training includes a mock Zoom callback and a built-in one-on-one coaching session with Carly, allowing for personalized feedback and targeted growth where actors can choose to either work on a branding session, a private coaching or a self tape.
Mid-month group check-ins on Zoom to ensure techniques are being fully integrated. These sessions are a space to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and receive guidance you can immediately take back into rehearsal and on-camera work.
Professional Shoot Day (Program Culmination)
The program culminates in a full professional shoot day, where actors perform a specialized monologue or scene — collaboratively developed, if desired, to best showcase casting-ready strengths.
On-location rehearsal, blocking, and performance refinement
Shot on professional Hollywood camera with cinema lenses
High-quality sound engineering
Professional lighting technician
Full technical crew on set
12 Actors Max.
As a Script to Screen student you will receive discount codes to all self-tape coachings and casting director workshops.
